25th anniversary of martyrdom of Aun Muhammad Rizvi today – M Haris

ISLAMABAD: The 25th anniversary of martyrdom of Aun Muhammad Rizvi, former Controller of PTV and social personality is being observed with great devotion and respect today (Sunday).
In this connection, the Quran Khawani and annual Majlis-e-Aza will be held at Central Imam Bargah G/6/2, Islamabad.
According to the programme laid down by the family members of the former Controller of PTV and social personality Aun Muhammad Rizvi, the day will begin with Quran Khawani at 11:00 am at the Markazi Imambargah Asna Ashary, G-6/2, Islamabad.
Majlis-e-Aza will begin at 1.00 pm which will be addressed by renowned Ulema and Zakireen including Allama Syed Shahanshah Hussain Naqvi, Bahr al-Mas’aib Zakir Ahl-e-Bait Wasim Abbas Baloch, Shair-e-Ahle Bait Shaukat Raza Shaukat, Bahr al-Mas’aib Zakir Ahl-e-Bait Iqbal Hussain Shah Bajar, and Khateeb Ahe-e-Bait Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi.
Shair-e-Ahle Bait Iftikhar Airf will present his Kalam while Shafaat Naqvi will present Manqabat. Mohtaram Firdous Alam will conduct the proceedings as a moderator.
Kazmi Brothers led by Salaar Kazmi Brothers will present Manqabat and perform Noha Khawani.
The contribution of Soz-o-Salam will be made by: Raza Kazmi, Shaikh Wasim Abbas, Mohsin Jafri, Bu Turab Askari, Mohsin Naqvi, Ali Rizvi, Aal-e-Ali, Zain Naqvi, Arman Haider, Ali Shahbaz Zulfiqar Bilali, Asim Raza Kazmi, Farjad Mehdi, Fahar Abbas, Shaikh Aqeel, Imran Hashmir, and Malik Asbah.
The anniversary is being organized by the Khanwada of Late Syed Abu Muhammad Rizvi comprising Shamim Haider Rizvi, Ibne Rizvi, Aun Muhammad Rizvi Junior, Turab Rizvi, Qasim Rizvi, Yazdan Abbas Rizvi, Irtiza Rizvi, Haider Rizvi, Naad-e-Ali Rizvi, Ali Abbas, Ali Hamd, Zoraib, Azaan, Muhammad, Shahyan and Ali Asghar, under the banner of Syed Aun Muhammad Rizvi Foundation.
